St. Louis Cardinals Stadium
St. Louis, Missouri In late 2002, Clayco was selected as the project manager and cost and constructability consultant for the new St. Louis Cardinals Ballpark project, developed by the St. Louis Cardinals and The Gateway Parking, LLC.

Clayco is providing services related to owner representation on a wide range of construction issues, including design, phasing, staging, site access, permitting, conceptual estimating, value engineering, scheduling and cash flow issues. As the project manager, Clayco is working with both the general contractor and architect and will manage the project until completion. HOKSports is the design architect for the ballpark.

Craig Lamping, a senior project manager for Clayco Sports, has been working directly with the Cardinals for several years on the new ballpark project. Lamping will be on site for the duration of the project and will have the full Clayco staff at his disposal.

According to Lamping, Clayco has worked with the Cardinals on this project since its infancy and has been instrumental in establishing current budget parameters and initial design.
