Sanford-Brown College
Fenton, Missouri Clayco built the 30,000-square-foot office/retail building in Fenton, Mo., that serves as the headquarters and main metro St. Louis campus of Sanford-Brown College. TRiSTAR Business Communities was the developer for the project, which was completed in 2000.

Sanford-Brown leases 25,200 square feet for its campus, which hosts four state-of-the-art computer labs as well as expanded radiography, respiratory and nursing labs. The contemporary-styled, single-story structure features limestone-colored tilt-up concrete walls punctuated by spans of dark green windows and accented by a dark gray band at the roofline.
