Citi Cards Call Center - Boise
Boise, Idaho Clayco completed construction of three 165,000-square-foot call centers for Citigroup's Citi Cards division. Located in Louisville, Ky., Greensboro, N.C., and Boise, Idaho, the call centers were completed in late 2004.

Each three-story office building and call center will house approximately 1,100 employees and include a data center, cafeteria and wellness center. Raised access floors will allow flexibility for data cabling, mechanical and electrical systems. With painted site-cast concrete panels for exterior walls and an interior structural steel frame, the buildings express both their function and Citigroup's corporate image.

Clayco was awarded the projects on the heels of completing Citigroup's 515,000-square-foot office building and processing center for CitiMortgage in O'Fallon, Mo. Citigroup Inc., which was formed in 1998 by the merger of Citicorp and Travelers Group Inc., provides a broad array of financial products and services to 100 million consumer and corporate customers through operations in 100 countries. Among its businesses are Citibank, CitiFinancial, Primerica, Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., SSB Citi Asset Management, and Travelers Life & Annuity.
