Eaton Corporation
Pittsburg, Pennsylvania
LEED Project
The facility has been built to achieve LEED Silver certification with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Green elements incorporated into the Eaton expansion included 13 Eaton products that conserve energy, improve indoor air quality and provide unique features such as daylight harvesting associated with Eaton Electrical Group’s POW R Command lighting control system.
Clayco Inc. completed construction on Eaton Corporation’s new Electrical Group headquarters in Pittsburg, Pa. The project was the second phase of construction for the Eaton Corporate Headquarters.

Located in Moon Township, Pa., Eaton’s Electrical Group headquarters was recently expanded to include two new wings linking to the same central hub. Like the existing two wings, the three-story expansion wings feature brick and glass, creating a striking landmark near the Pittsburg Airport. The 120,000-square-foot expansion includes a new product development area and an executive briefing center on the first floor, while the second and third floors contains general offices and further development areas.

• Two new wings linking to a central hub
• New product development space and executive briefing center
• General office space
• Doubled cafeteria size
• Redesigned café
• Additional site improvements and parking
