Clayco design-built a 222,573-square-foot office/ warehouse structure for Villa Lighting. Located on a 10.4-acre site in south St. Louis, the new structure serves as the headquarters for the commercial lighting company. The “high-cube” warehouse features 32-foot clear-height ceilings, 24 dock doors, two drive-in doors and an ESFR sprinkler system. The building was completed at the end of 2008. p>
