Clayco served as the design-builder for a three-story, 99,011-square-foot office building for Northrop Grumman, a $30 billion global defense and technology company. Located on Northrop Grumman’s corporate campus in Melbourne, Fla., the facility was developed around the company’s corporate standards to allow maximum flexibility and security. Clayco completed the project in July 2007.
