Citigroup Office Building

In fall 2006, Clayco completed the demolition and construction of a seven-story office building to house Citigroup’s Chicago operations. The 150,000-square-foot renovation was carried out on a fast-track schedule to accommodate Citigroup’s need to meet move-out dates from other facilities.
