LEED Project These two 150,000-square-foot speculative Class A office buildings are currently registered as LEED CS. The projects include site stormwater retention, highly efficient systems, a high content of recycled materials, and tenant guidelines for sustainable features. Final LEED CS certification is anticipated by spring 2007.

Clayco recently completed design-build on multiple high-performance speculative office buildings for Koll Develoment Co. Clayco began work in January on the three-story, 158,000-square-foot facility in the Atlanta area. Located at Sever Road and Interstate 85 in Gwinnett County, Ga., the building was completed in late November.
