St. Louis, Missouri This attractive 2-story brick and glass office building has a prominent view along Interstate 70 and has created a comfortable home for the Home Savings of America facility.

The facility is technologically state of the art and includes a back up generator system for 100 % of its operation.

The first 25,000 sq. ft. of this project was completed and ready for occupancy within the first 120 days. This timetable provided the biggest challenge for the construction and design team.

The success of this facility has prompted Home Savings of America to consider a matching sister building on adjacent property.
