Maryland Heights, Missouri In 2002, Clayco constructed a new headquarters for United Industries Corp. in Maryland Heights, Mo.

The two-story, 89,280-square-foot office building is situated on a 5.8-acre site near the intersection of Page Avenue and Schuetz Road in the West Port area. TRiSTAR Business Communities developed the property and owns the building with Lenette Realty & Investment Co. United Industries leases the building from them.

The building is constructed of architectural cast-in-place concrete panels over a structural steel frame. Amenities in the new building include a conference center, a full-service kitchen and dining room, an outdoor dining area and a fitness center with locker and shower facilities. The building also includes laboratory space for research and development.
