OfficeMax Solutions - Corporate Interiors
Itasca, Illinois Clayco Construction Company completed a three-phased tenant build-out for the OfficeMax Solutions corporate headquarters in Itasca, Ill., in late 2002. The project marked the 11th time Clayco has collaborated with Boise on a construction project.

Located at 150 Pierce Road in the Hamilton Lakes Office Park, the six-story, 185,000-square-foot office building was completed in three phases to accommodate the fast-track relocation of Boise Office Solutions personnel from other locations. Home to 600 Boise Office Solutions associates, the new facility serves as a hub for domestic and international employees. The new Boise Office Solutions headquarters features office space, a conference and training center, and a full-service kitchen. Clayco`s tenant finish work is showcased throughout the facility, from lobbies to the boardroom and kitchen, as well as in executive office spaces. Clayco also enclosed a loading dock area adjacent to the existing building.

In the past few years, Clayco has built more than one million square feet for Boise, including distribution centers, office/warehouses, call centers, office renovations and build-outs in Dallas; Toronto; Minneapolis; Orlando, Fla.; Norman, Okla.; Columbus, Ohio; Charlotte, N.C.; Bristol, Va.; Casper, Wyo.; and Indianapolis. This is the first Boise Office Solutions project for Clayco in the Chicago area.
