City Place Six Creve Coeur, Missouri In November 2006, Clayco completed the 10-story, 237,000-square-foot CityPlace Six office building in The Koman Group’s CityPlace development in Creve Coeur, Mo. Delivered in just 16 months, the $26 million design-build project was already two-thirds pre-leased to Smurfit-Stone Container Enterprises Inc. upon completion. Smurfit-Stone’s move brought 300 jobs from Illinois and consolidated 200 jobs that were spread between Clayton and Chesterfield.
