Creve Coeur Corporate Center
Creve Coeur, Missouri Clayco completed Corporate Center IV, a $30 million speculative office building at Olive Boulevard and Emerson Road in Creve Coeur, Mo., in 1999. Located on a 7.4-acre site.

Corporate Center IV is a six-story, 227,600-square-foot building attached to a 1,103-space parking garage. The building includes a 16,800-square-foot basement that is leased as storage space and houses mechanical and electrical equipment.

In keeping with the architectural theme of the campus, the building is constructed of a gray glass and metal panel curtainwall system over a beam and structural steel frame. The glass-walled, two-story main lobby features a granite tile floor with inset carpet flooring accented by stonework, wood trim and decorative wall treatments.

The building`s floorplates range in size from 25,900 square feet to 36,000 square feet and are designed for either single-floor users or multiple tenants. Glass-walled offices on the south and west elevations offer a view of the business park`s lake.
