Ely Walker Lofts

Clayco completed construction in September 2007 on the Ely Walker Lofts, a 173-unit historic redevelopment project in downtown St. Louis. Located in the Washington Avenue Loft District, the 372,300-square-foot turn-of-the-century warehouse building was transformed into a modern apartment building. Forum Studio Inc. was the architect.
