Biography

In 1969 Barrath obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Bradley University.

The Financial Facilities Business Unit works with Banks and Credit Unions across the country to provide complete “service delivery strategies” ranging from market and demographic research, site selection, business operational analysis, staffing and management projections, in addition to a total turn-key design/build process of construction.

In 2004, Barrath joined Clayco as the Business Unit Leader for Financial Facilities and responsibilities include new business development, operations and general office management.

Business Group Definition:
The Financial Facilities Business Unit is a full service TEAM providing market opportunity research, business growth evaluation, site selection/analysis and design/development of new and existing facilities. Our design/build approach to construction incorporates “the art and science of building” through state of the art technology from “Green Building” (LEED™), ‘state of the art’ security systems to marketing and sales media delivery systems for retail facilities. We are the largest design/builder in the country providing services from a single branch to major operations and data centers. Incorporating our award-winning Tilt Up construction methods on larger buildings allows Clayco to design and construct an economical building in far less time than conventional buildings, with the same high quality we provide on all our projects. Our goal, as your TEAM member, is to provide quality, value engineering, industry knowledge and a long term commitment to our clients.
