CORPORATE BUSINESS UNIT DESCRIPTION:

The Clayco Corporate Business Unit’s expertise is in mid- and high-rise buildings, corporate headquarters, office campuses, call centers, speculative buildings, operations centers and data centers.

Collaboration is the key to Clayco continuing to satisfy a Corporate client.   The collaborative process yields the most customer value for the project by carefully analyzing the client’s budget, schedule and quality goals.   The key aspects of Clayco’s participation in the preconstruction process include: attention to detail, surrounding the Owner Team with talented and proven professionals, and providing critical input to the owner during the decision-making process. 100% of our work is design-build. We understand how important it is for Clayco to supply the right information to the Owner Team in a timely manner. These steps expedite the decision-making process. 

For all Clayco projects, we are committed to sustainable site selection, design and construction practices. Many of our projects involve the US Green Building Council’s (USGBC ) LEED Green Building Rating System.  Within Clayco and Forum Studio employees, there are 40 Leed Accredited Professionals who are specifically trained in green building design and construction attributes.  To date, we are involved with over 30 LEED projects that are either already LEED Certified, in the USGBC Application process, or are in the Design and Construction phases.  We undergo vigorous in-house training for all employees in USGBC’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Rating Systems and have established formal green building procedures to capture the maximum benefits of building green.
