Project Description

This 210,000-square-foot facility is constructed of architectural tilt-up concrete panels over a structural steel frame with insulated urethane metal panels used to surround freezer and cooler areas.

The facility features “high cube” freezers and coolers, a dry storage zone, refrigerated and dry goods loading docks and Class A office space. Distribution areas are 28 feet high, have “super-flat,” insulated floor systems to meet strict temperature control standards, and are zoned to accommodate the storage of both perishable and dry goods.

Special care was taken to develop the centralized office allowing for future expansion over an unfinished mezzanine area. By utilizing aluminum curtainwall and/or aluminum windows, the two-story office component creates a dynamic focal point easily identified as a corporate office building.
