Clayco design-built a 24,000-square-foot new main office and branch facility for High Desert Federal Credit Union in southern California. The two-story tilt-up structure features two drive-up lanes with two-way audio-visual links. The drive-up lanes were constructed to accommodate two additional lanes by using a head-on drive-up lane configuration. Forum, Clayco’s full-service architectural firm, completed the interior finish for the project. An emergency generator is located on-site for critical functions and controlled access systems are included for increased security.
