Project Description

Clayco design-built multiple high-performance speculative office buildings for Koll Development Co. The building includes three stories and 158,000 square feet.

Designed to achieve LEED CS certification, the building included energy-efficient systems and controls, systems to reduce storm water discharge from the site, a green kiosk in the lobby and maximized daylight views for all occupants. The building materials were selected consciously to obtain maximum recycled content. Throughout construction, 75 percent of waste was diverted from landfills.
