Project Description

Clayco constructed the core and shell of the 240,000-square-foot Level-4 data center for Equinix, a provider of mission critical infrastructure services to businesses in 38 markets around the world.
The three-level, seismic design facility provides space for area companies to rent computer server locations for server backup and infrastructure. The 60-foot-tall building includes 19-foot floor-to-ceiling heights to accommodate mission critical equipment. The layout was designed to promote future expansion and is the largest of the company’s 35 data centers.
