Project Description

Clayco completed design-build renovation of the existing St. Louis Centre, transforming the abandoned mall into a parking garage and retail space in beautiful downtown St. Louis, Mo. The 477,000-square-foot parking garage construction project includes a fully enclosed and tempered garage, 750 parking spaces, and 85,000 square feet of retail space at the ground level. A new entrance allows for accessibility from Washington Avenue. The exterior façade features 90,000 square feet of glass curtainwall.
