Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP Calls On Clayco To Construct Offices In New Centene Building
St. Louis, MO (July 20, 2010)
Clayco Inc. has been selected by Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP, a leading law firm with more than 300 attorneys, for tenant finish construction of its 10th and 11th floor offices in the new Centene headquarter building, located in Clayton, Mo., where the firm has more than 50 attorneys.
The project includes a 47,000-square-foot build-out in the recently constructed Centene building located at the corner of Hanley Road and Forsyth Avenue. Unique features of Stinson’s office include skyfold partitions, bamboo paneling and ceilings, 3form acrylic panels and fabric wrapped panels as part of pursing LEED Silver certification with the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
“Clayco recently completed the core and shell construction on the Centene building and is very pleased to be involved in the interior construction and finishes for the facility’s tenants,” said Tom Sieckhaus, Clayco Senior Vice President and Partner and Corporate Business Unit Leader. “As a law firm with eight offices across the country, Stinson Morrison Hecker recognizes value in preserving and protecting the communities it serves. With this mission in mind, the company chose to build the offices to achieve significant environmental credits.”
Clayco’s team includes Sieckhaus, project director Jim Mundy, project manager Matt Reiter, and project superintendent Nathan Cook, working as a team with owner’s representative The Striler Group, Inc. and architect Fox Architects, LLC. The tenant is expected to occupy in October 2010.
