St. Louis, MO (September 28, 2010)
Clayco Inc. is the design-builder for a new 4,000-square-foot Leesburg Branch facility for Northwest Federal Credit Union. Located in Leesburg, Va., the new financial facility will deliver state-of-the-art services to enhance member experiences.
“We are excited to expand our services to the rapidly growing Leesburg area. Our new branch will provide existing and new members in the local community with the superior financial products and services that they’ve come to trust from Northwest Federal Credit Union,” said Gerrianne Burks, CEO of Northwest Federal Credit Union. Construction is scheduled to begin in early October and is expected to be completed by March 2011.
Plans for the single-story financial facility include Federalist style design and landscaping to complement the historic landscape of the Leesburg area. Easily accessible from the Dulles Greenway toll road and major highways, the new credit union branch delivers full-service convenience for its members. Time-saving amenities will include a self-service safe deposit vault, allowing members personal access to their box anytime the facility is open and a 24-hour fully covered drive-up ATM lane. The credit union will also feature member-friendly services such as interactive member service stations, as they enter the facility, and two-way audio-visual drive-thru lanes.
“We are proud to be a team member working with Northwest Federal Credit Union to expand their member services in Northern Virginia,” said Paul Barrath, Business Unit Leader for Financial Facilities at Clayco and project executive on the Leesburg branch project. “Our team is continually seeking new ways to incorporate cutting-edge technologies and convenient services for the financial facility’s future employees and members. It is Northwest Federal Credit Union’s unwavering dedication to enhanced member experiences that has driven the organization’s growth for over 60 years.”
