Project Description

The Plaza in Clayton is one of the largest design-build projects of its kind in the United States and was finished in less than 20 months after Clayco began construction. This fast-tracked project includes a 16-story office tower, 30-story residential tower, a restaurant, 13,754 square feet of retail space and a 531,000-square-foot subterranean office parking structure for 1,271 vehicles. The office and residential towers are connected by an outdoor promenade and low-rise retail space. The residential tower includes luxury residences ranging from 2,293 to 7,608 square feet.
