Developed by CRG, the 1,001,508-square-foot building will be leased to Shaw Industries upon its completion in the spring of 2018.
In addition to the 32’ clear heights, the development will include 135 car parking spaces and 160 truck parking spaces. Forum Studio is serving as the architect on the project. The commerce center is also home to FedEx, Home Depot, Target, and Gulfstream.
