TowneBank Richmond was completed in June, 2016 and occupies approximately 26,000-square-feet with a Retail Banking Center and a Commercial Lending Center located on the main first floor lobby of Gateway Plaza. The executive offices and a boardroom are located on the 7th floor and include a unique 1,400-square-foot outdoor terrace overlooking the James River.
The entire project is only three blocks from the State Capitol, in the heart of downtown Richmond, and includes 13 floors of premier office space, as well as a ground floor lobby and retail section. The LEED certified Gateway Plaza also features a 5-story, 509-car parking garage. The exterior of the tower is clad in 155,000-square-feet of high-performance glass curtainwall.
