Clayco Announces Kevin Iverson as New Chief Technology Officer

Senior Technology Officer Brings Nearly Two Decades of Experience in Technical Management and Software Development

Feb. 2, 2015 (CHICAGO) – Clayco – a full-service real estate development, architecture, engineering design-build and construction firm – announces the hiring of Kevin Iverson as Chief Technology Officer. Kevin joins Clayco from, where he was Chief Technology Officer and revitalized the technology platform that supports the real estate business of over 300 U.S. newspapers.  Iverson brings nearly two decades of experience in information technology to this new position.  

As Chief Technology Officer, Iverson will lead the information technology team and focus on integrating the latest technologies into Clayco’s suite of integrated services. He will work closely with Chairman & CEO Bob Clark and the entire executive team to support enterprise goals and align technology with corporate strategy.

Kevin began his career as a technology consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Diamond Technology Partners. In 2001, he joined Orbitz, where he led teams that built the technology supporting every area of the business—from marketing and finance to customer service and travel reservations. Following his eight-year tenure at Orbitz, he led the technology teams for two start-ups in Chicago.

Iverson holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. He lives in Oak Park with his wife and children.
