New Office to Serve the Downtown Cleveland Area
Jan. 26, 2015 (CHICAGO) – Clayco – a full-service real estate development, architecture, engineering, design-build and construction firm – announces the official groundbreaking of a new Planters Bank and Trust Company office. This project, located in downtown Cleveland, Mississippi, is the second office Clayco has done for Planters and will make use of Clayco’s fully integrated services—including the firm’s architecture subsidiary, Forum Studio.
The Cleveland bank location will be 3,200 square feet. It will feature drive-up tellers and a drive up ATM. It will also boast a spacious lobby with walk-up tellers and will offer various customer account services and facilitate loan requests. Clayco’s last project for Planters was its 7,700 square-foot primary Greenwood, Mississippi office.
“Clayco is proud of our partnership with Planters Bank and Trust. We look forward to working together on many more projects to come,” said Paul Barrath, Vice President, Financial Facilities Business Unit Leader at Clayco.
Planters Bank and Trust opened its doors in 1920. For over 90 years, the Planters Bank “system” of banks has served the Mississippi Delta region. There are now thirteen full service offices in nine Delta communities. As of December 2013, the bank had total assets of $750 million.
