Justice Federal Credit Union

Project Description

Clayco/Forum worked with Justice Federal Credit Union to locate a site that would be convenient for existing and future members and families in the Bridgeport area. The building also provides enough space for backup services and includes rental space that could be used for future development. The two story facility of approximately 20,496 SF, was design to conform to the modern style of buildings within the White Oaks Business Park. Situated in the rolling hills of West Virginia the second floor includes an outdoor balcony that allows the employees excellent views of the mountains .The first floor contains the future branch facility of approximately 3,830 SF and 2,770 SF of lease space plus public restrooms and building services as well as a covered outdoor private seating area. Operations functions are located on the second floor with secured access to the floor. The work included; all site development with approximately 101 parking spaces and a three lane drive up attached to the building. The exterior is brick and cast stone with glass curtain wall systems. The interior lobby has a two story atrium/vestibule as well as floor to ceiling glass which opens into the branch. The second floor is an open office concept with minimal enclosed offices that allow for all areas of the building to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
