The exterior skin of the building, starting from level five and continuing to the roof, consists of a prefabricated second metal panel wall system with concrete bands and window infill units. The lower four levels consist of a prefabricated second metal wall system with curtainwall infill and concrete bands. The 300,000-square-foot housing facility will receive a LEED Gold Certification because of its energy conservation, environmentally friendly material purchasing and recycling, and a ride-share program.
