Clayco provided design-build services for the 237,772-square-foot, 11-story Royal Court Condominiums at the edge of Uptown Charlotte within the affluent Dilworth neighborhood. The concrete frame structure rises nine stories above ground. A four-story parking garage features two above-ground parking levels and two below-ground parking levels. Amenities for the 107-unit complex include a rooftop luxury swimming pool with a grill area, a media center, workout facilities, secured parking and private balconies.
