Project Description

Clayco provided design-build services for this 58,190-square-foot multi-level office building. The building is constructed of concrete panels featuring buff, light brown and medium brown brick inlay. The two-story west wing delineates from the three-story east wing by a striking precast wall of medium brown brick inlay panels. A glass-clad lobby joins the interior spaces. Tilt-up construction methods saved the client valuable time and money.
