Alp Haciosmanoglu joins Clayco’s Chicago office as Project Executive

Chicago, Ill. (October 14, 2011) – Clayco, Inc., a national full-service real estate and design-build firm, has announced that Alp Haciosmanoglu has joined Clayco’s Chicago office as Project Executive. Haciosmanoglu will have responsibilities with both Clayco and Forum Studio, an architectural, design and engineering subsidiary of Clayco.
In his new position, Haciosmanoglu will provide design and planning oversight for projects and will work with executive leadership and business unit leaders to help secure new work and deliver turnkey, full-service building solutions to clients on a national basis.

With 17 years of commercial real estate experience in the areas of architecture, design and development, Haciosmanoglu is an expert in planning and conceptualizing building designs and sites for industrial, office and retail projects. He has helped plan and design more than 30 million square feet of industrial, commercial and retail space nationwide, and many of his projects have received design and development awards. Over the course of his career, he has worked with clients including 3M, San Filipo & Sons, Anixter, BMW, Pampered Chef, ABT Electronics, and SC Johnson & Company.
Recently, Haciosmanoglu was Director of Design & Planning at Leopardo Construction where he worked on numerous industrial, office and retail projects. Prior, he was a Senior Designer/Planner at Heitman Architects for 12 years.
Haciosmanoglu attended Wilbur Wright College in Chicago and resides in Palatine with his wife, Yesim and their daughter, Lara.
