Project Description

Known as the Citi North Texas Service Building, this project was designed to consolidate Citi commercial, automotive and mortgage groups into a single facility to leverage synergies between groups and streamline processes.

The envelope consists of tilt-up panels with punched openings filled with low-e insulated glazing. Rooftop equipment was screened via integrated metal panels which wrap down the building facade. These panels were used extensively, highlighting entrances and providing covered access to the building. A special condition of this project was the high plasticity of the local soils, requiring the first floor structural slab to be elevated. Landscape features include drought tolerant native plants and rainwater monitoring.
