Project Description

Clayco provided design-build services for CitiMortgage’s 515,000-square-foot office building and processing center. The building consolidated Citigroup’s St. Louis area-based CitiMortgage operations into one location.

The building includes a centrally located 15,000-square-foot Tier III, N+1 mission critical data center to support CitiMortgage’s critical business operations. Reliability and systems capacities include redundant primary electrical services; dual telecommunications services and mirror riser closets; two 2,000kW primary service standby power units to carry the entire facility for extended outages; twelve 30-ton CRAC units (redundant service) within the data center; a 750kW dual parallel UPS system and PDUs.

The project was completed in only 19 months and utilized several new methodologies, including a thin-brick system fascia and an underfloor heating and cooling system.
