Clayco To Design/build Citizens National Banks Southaven, Ms Banking Centre
St. Louis, MO (July 23, 2008)
Clayco Inc. is design/building a new 4,836-square-foot branch for Citizens National Bank in Southaven, MS.
The facility will be a single story building with a four lane full service drive-up facility. The style of the building is intended to emulate other recent Citizens National Bank branches with a distinctive blue roof and a traditional look. Plans also include parking and drives conveniently surrounding the building, which will sit in the center of the site; a wood trussed roof; brick veneer exterior with cast stone accents; and standing seam metal roofing.
“We are thrilled to work with Citizens National Bank on their new banking centre in Southaven,” said Tom Mooney, Project Director on the project at Clayco. “The new branch will allow the Mississippi based bank to deliver their financial products and services to an ever growing customer base in the expanding DeSoto County market.” The Southaven location will be the second banking location for Citizens National Bank in the DeSoto County market. Their banking centre in the city of Olive Branch opened in 2006.
Clayco’s project team includes Mooney, Paul Barrath, Vice President Financial Facilities; and Joe Hartz, project manager. The project will begin in August 2008 with an expected completion date sometime in February 2009.
