Clayco To Construct Gainesville Branch For Northwest Federal Credit Union
St. Louis, MO (October 30, 2008)
Clayco Inc. was recently named design-builder on a new 4,000-square-foot Gainesville Branch facility for Northwest Federal Credit Union located at Lee Highway (RT29) and James Madison Highway (RT15). The building will be the Credit Union’s second branch in Prince William County, Va.
“We look forward to expanding our full-service operation in the Gainesville community,” said Gerrianne Burks, CEO of Northwest Federal Credit Union. “The new location will provide members and businesses in Prince William and Fauquier counties a choice of going to either our Manassas branch or this branch, and receive the same exceptional financial products, convenient access to transactions and personal service they’ve come to trust from their credit union.”
The single-story brick credit union will feature time-saving amenities such as two-way video drive-thru banking, a 24-hour drive up ATM, a full-service night depository and safe deposit boxes with a state-of-the-art hand entry system, allowing the member self service access to their box anytime the facility is open. Other innovative solutions include automatic teller cash dispensers and point-to-point transaction tubes allowing the member service representative to handle all of the member’s transactions.
“Northwest Federal Credit Union has experienced outstanding growth in the past 60 years and we expect this second Prince William County location to increase the Credit Union’s new membership numbers as more residents and businesses realize this branch also offers cutting-edge technology to manage their financial needs,” said Paul Barrath, Business Unit Leader for Financial Facilities at Clayco and project executive on the Northwest Federal Credit Union project. “To better serve its current members and to attract businesses in the area, the new location is strategically positioned to offer users convenience in every interaction.”
Construction on the new financial facility will begin in March 2009 with an expected completion in September 2009. The facility is Clayco’s second project for the credit union. Northwest Federal Credit Union’s newest Manassas branch is scheduled to open in December 2008.
