Clayco Inc., a privately owned, national leader in real estate development, design and construction announced today that it will open a full service office in the Minneapolis, Minnesota region.
Clayco has named, Tim Murnane, an industry veteran leader, to head the operation and execute the company’s strategy. Murnane has been the lead developer on over 10 million sq.ft. of industrial, office and retail projects including the 1.6 million sq.ft. Best Buy headquarters and the 1.0 million sq.ft. Ameriprise Headquarters in downtown Minneapolis.
