From new arenas, to stadium renovations to casinos to entertainment districts, Clayco has managed the building of iconic structures that draw fans and crowds while providing outstanding amenities for athletes and entertainers.

Each Sports and Entertainment project is unique with its own challenges, starting with site selection and planning and extending all the way to foot traffic, transportation flows and acoustics, lighting and staging. Clayco has delivered three precedent-setting training facilities in the NFL. Our most recent project, the Baltimore Ravens Campus, has been called one of the best “homes” for a professional football team family and stands as one of the least costly new facilities designed and constructed in the NFL.

One of Clayco’s real niches is stadium and arena renovation. We have delivered everything from new seating installations and upscale clubs, to specialty pubs along the concourses, to custom suites, such as the Ravens Owner’s Suite. These projects are always schedule sensitive and typically the work is performed while accommodating scheduled events.
