Clayco Real Estate Services is a full-service real estate development team operating under the Clayco brand. Clayco has been involved in the design-build development of more than 4,000 acres of land and over 19 million square feet of office, industrial, and medical related product exceeding $1.5 billion in value.

Clayco’s Real Estate services include an integrated platform of in-house design and architecture services through Forum Studio and the building construction delivery systems of Clayco. Additionally, we provide site selection on a national basis and incentive and entitlement negotiations. Our entire development deliverability program is accomplished through strong, long-term relationships with numerous established, high-quality equity capital and banking partners. This seamless development process coupled with the extensive expertise of the Clayco team consistently results in client satisfactionand project success.

Arkansas Research and Technology Park
