Clark, chairman and chief executive officer; Greg Beck, senior vice president and chief financial officer; Larry Chapman, principal, Clayco Real Estate Services; Paul Giacoletto, senior vice president; Kevin McKenna, senior vice president, Chicago; C. David Moses, executive vice president; Tom Schroyer, principal, Clayco Real Estate Services; Steven R. Sieckhaus, senior vice president and chief operating officer; Tom Sieckhaus, senior vice president; and P. Kirk Warden, senior vice president. In addition to the partners, Russ Burns, president, serves as a member of Clayco’s leadership team.
The company operates out of St. Louis, Missouri as its headquarters and has full service offices in Chicago and Detroit and provides turnkey services nationwide.

Clayco serves clients in a wide variety of industries that are served by five core business groups; Industrial, Corporate, Residential, Institutional and Financial Facilities. The Industrial market sector serves the distribution and logistics industry, heavy industrial process users and food and beverage clients. The Corporate facilities group serves headquarters and operation centers, call and data centers, process and information technology centers and Clayco Financial Facilities provides a wide range of services to the credit union and banking industry. The Residential group focuses on large, mixed-use and multi-family projects in the rental and for sale condo market. The Institutional business focuses on sports and education, health and research and retail and entertainment. The Financial Facilities group focuses on banks and credit unions.
